Job description
We expect our Team Lead to be present at our office in the Netherlands (Roosendaal) at least 3 days a week.
As Team Lead Sales & E-commerce, you play a key role in ensuring the success of our sales and e-commerce operations. You will be fully responsible for reaching set turnover targets. You oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, e-commerce, and logistics. You step in where needed to keep business running smoothly. Apart from that, you actively identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement innovative ideas that make a real impact. With your creativity and ambition you do all what’s needed to reach turnover targets.

This is what you like to do:
Analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing pragmatic solutions
Spotting and seizing new opportunities to drive growth in turnover and customer base
Taking responsibility of the Sales and E-commerce team, currently consisting of 3 direct reports. This includes developing, motivating, and challenging your team
Creating acquisition plans to expand our customer base
Improving online activities
Coordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth logistics
What you will bring
A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/E-commerce, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Ideally, you gained experience in a trading company or a related industry (e.g., automation, industrial)
You speak English fluently
You have a strong goal-oriented and sales-driven approach to achieving targets
You possess proven people management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing your team
You are skilled at interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies for improvement
You are willing to travel abroad (approx. six times per year)
What do we have to offer you?
Salary. Classification depends on work experience and education level, ranging from € 52.000 to € 62.000 gross per year based on a fulltime employment contract (incl. holiday allowance)
Bonus of max. 6% of your annual salary
