Job description

As an Inside Sales Representative for our organization, you will drive sustainable revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle - from generating new leads to nurturing existing customer relationships. This role combines customer service responsibilities with account management tasks. You’ll play a key role in reactivating dormant accounts and expanding business through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Your ability to deliver outstanding customer service and manage orders efficiently will help ensure long-lasting partnerships and high customer satisfaction. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play an important part in driving revenue growth and supporting the success of our sales team. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.

  • Proactively generate and qualify high-quality leads, and initiate first contact.

  • Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upsell and cross-sell solutions.

  • Handling incoming orders, customer inquiries, and follow-ups accurately and promptly.

  • Collaborate with account managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all matters related to (key) accounts.

  • Salary of € 2.700,- - € 3.300,- gross per month.

  • Home office allowance of €2.65 per day, plus tools and flexibility to work from home.

  • Option to work from abroad one week per year.

Job requirements

  • 0 - 3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or account management role.

  • You speak fluent English (B2). Dutch not mandatory. And any additional European language is a plus

  • You have strong commercial skills.

  • You’re eager to grow into an account management role.
