Hand-on Team Lead Warehouse

As a Hand-on Team Lead Warehouse at Maxodeals, you will be responsible for managing the team and further improving processes in our warehouse. Maxodeals is a growing company where your initiative and ideas genuinely contribute to our future. You will lead a team of seven colleagues on a daily basis, which requires clear direction, engagement, and oversight. In addition, you will work closely with other departments such as Sales and Data in a dynamic environment with short communication lines.

In this role, you ensure that inbound and outbound processes run optimally in terms of both operations and quality, with a clear focus on the Outbound department. You combine being a Team Lead with hands-on involvement on the warehouse floor: approximately half of your time will be dedicated to management tasks, and the other half you will work alongside your team to achieve daily targets. As the first point of contact for operational questions, you monitor progress and ensure that processes are not only followed but continuously improved.

Your responsibilities

• Daily management and coaching of the team

• Actively participating in operations to achieve daily and strategic goals

• Ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipment, and complete documentation

• Structurally reducing errors and damages through analysis and coaching (WCW & DIS)

• Handling questions and requests from the Sales and Data departments in a timely and accurate manner, as an integral part of daily leadership

• Conducting performance and development reviews together with the Warehouse Supervisor

What we ask:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in a leadership role + 3 years in a warehouse or logistics position.

• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

• Experience with reducing errors and damages

• Working hours (between) 08:30h - 18:00h.

• English (minimum B2 level).

What we offer

• Salary between €3.000 and €3.400 gross p/m.

• Location: Roosendaal

• 28 vacation days, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.

• One week per year working abroad.
