E-commerce and Data Specialist

At Maxodeals, we’re looking for an E-commerce and Data Specialist to help manage and improve our marketplace operations, driving sustainability by extending the lifecycle of industrial products through e-commerce.

Maxodeals buys and resells industrial products through marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, as well as our own webshop. We work with a large and constantly changing inventory across multiple international sales channels, operating in a fast-moving environment within the circular economy.

This role combines marketplace management, data analysis, and operational systems work. You’ll work with large datasets, optimise listings across multiple channels, and make sure integrations and data flows run reliably.

We’re looking for someone with experience on marketplaces like eBay or Amazon, who is comfortable working with Excel, multiple systems, and solving problems in a fast-moving environment. What you’ll do

• Data & analysis: using Excel and marketplace data to track performance, identify opportunities, and improve results

• Systems & integrations: managing tools such as Magento, M2E, and Channable, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining reliable integrations

• Marketplace operations: managing and optimising listings across marketplaces, improving content and visibility, and supporting growth across new and existing channels

What we offer

• Salary between €3.500 and €4.500 gross per month

• Location: Roosendaal/Rotterdam (min. 2 days Roosendaal)

• 28 vacation days, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days

• One week per year working abroad

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years proven experience.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Experience with product listing optimisation, pricing strategies, and marketplace advertising.

• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude - you see opportunities and act on them.

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
