Job description
In your role as an Channel Development Manager, you take full ownership of our online activities. You play a key role in strengthening the performance of our Magento store and expanding sales activities on marketplaces like eBay, on which we’re one of the biggest Dutch sellers. There is a clear focus on solving technical challenges, improving conversion and revenue, and managing product listings across all platforms.
You’re the go-to person for aligning webshop performance with sales goals. You streamline operations, solve (technical) platform issues and take an important part in making processes more efficient and therefore reducing manual work for our sales department. You work closely with external vendors and Marketplace account managers to improve cooperation.

What you’ll do:
Own and grow Maxodeals' Magento-based webshop, and our accounts on marketplaces.
Focus on increasing webshop turnover.
Develop and execute a data-driven e-commerce growth strategy in close collaboration with the Team Lead Sales and General Manager
Coordinate daily webshop operations and act as the key link between internal teams and external partners.
Manage listings and explore smart, innovative ways to apply AI where relevant
Job requirements
Who you are:
Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce.
Experience with (testing) Magento.
You are pragmatic, strong at project management as well as commercially
Focused on reaching and growing turnover targets.
You have a driver license B.
What we offer you:
Starting salary ranges from € 3.600,- to € 4.300,- gross per month.
Work at home max. 2 days per week from The Netherlands.
Annual training budget for job-related courses, with no repayment requirement.
28 vacation days and a holiday bonus of 8.5%.
Bonus agreement of max. 6% of annual salary.
Travel reimbursement of max €180/month, or full public transport coverage.
We have offices in both Roosendaal (HQ) and Rotterdam. Working at one or both of locations is possible.
